Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us at Little Earring Box. We try our best to curate styles and choose quality pieces that you'll enjoy wearing. If your earrings are defective please contact us via email so that we can offer you a 100% refund on your earrings. We do not offer refunds if you simply do not like the style/color of earrings that you received.

Cancellation

Need to cancel your subscription? Cancel online or just send us an email prior to that month's shipment and we can cancel your subscription for you. 

Shipping

Shipping is included in your $20 per month membership. Once packages have left our office we are no longer in control. We cannot guarantee any in-hand dates for our packages. We use USPS for shipping all packages and we ship to the address that we have on file for you. If you ever need to update the address that we have on file please contact us via email. If a package is ever lost or stolen from your home then a claim would need to be made with USPS.
